Hi

I'm a British citizen. I have a PhD and BEng in chemistry/chemical engineering. I have opted for a career change away from research and I'm now retraining to become a science teacher (chemistry).

I saw a few adverts calling for English speaking science teachers at private schools in China. I'd really appreciate if anyone could let me know whether or not there is any real demand for English speaking science teachers, and what the money/prospects are like?

Since I'm more or less set on moving to China at some point, is anyone here aware of any other effective way of using my skillset to get a well-paid job other than teaching in China(chemical eng/chemistry)?
