I am currently working in India but my company are relocating me to Dalian hopefully in the next week or so..all the Visa documents have been prepared, just waiting on work to now give the go ahead.

Just wondering if there are any other British expats living in Dalian, if so perhaps they could advise on the move?

Would be greet to meet up with anyone over there also..

I will be working for an outsourcing company and will be part of there B2B sales team.

I will also be working in our Foshan office in South China, and maybe required to travel to Japan.

How did you find your experience in Dalian?

If I had a choice, I would work more in the Guangzhou area than Liaoning.

Dalian is bitter cold in winter, were as Foshan will be much more pleasant.

If you can work it, the ideal would be summer in Dalian, and winter in Guangzhou.
