I have been living in China for a very long time.

Living costs depend a lot on how and where you live, living "native" or "high class expatriate" lifes.

Taxes are low.

Another place to look for jobs would be monster.com

There is a local magazine called That's Shanghai (also Beijing and Guangzhou/PRD versions).
