guest house or hotel in St Lucia
Hello,
I have a friend who is looking to buy a guest house in st lucia.
Does anyone know the restrictions, other than the usual Aliens Landholding Licence and Work Permit, around a non-national buying a guest house/hotel?
Can you point me in the right direction as to where to find any government info on line about this?
