Default Armed robbery on a restaurant in Antigua?

A very violent robbery has occured On christmas day! in a tourist restaurant in Antigua, one person shot in the head and fighting for his life!

Another island with issues or is this a strange one-off? Anyone with more local knowledge care to comment on the crime scene in Antigua?
