Very interesting to read these canniversary threads.
I have the feeling I may be going the same way in a couple of years. My mum and I are very homesick at the moment. We have family here but for some reason we miss our life back home and our close knit network of friends.

Good luck back in the UK. I have been in Manitoba 12 weeks and the hardest thing is being away from family and friends, so it is easy to understand the lure back.
