So all in all been a great experience living here in the Okanagan BC. At first it was spend spend spend trying to set up home again and trying to get settled into the way of life. Lots of frustration dealing with starting over again in some respects but I would never change it for the world. Over 3 years on the kids are settled, we have our own home, I have my own business ( never imagined that at all a few years ago ) the wife has a good steady job, we enjoy the area where we live and have lots of friends. Wish I had made the decison to move over many years previous but hey ho.

Never say never but I cant ever imagine now wanting to move back to the UK. Only advice I would give it stick to the plan no matter how difficult and frustrating things can get sometimes.. Its worth it..
