1. I think we likely have another year of covid restrictions. If it wasn't for the first year of them I expect I'd be living somewhere else now.
2. There's always the need to generate fifty grand a year in alimony, that means going, or staying, where the work is.
For the moment, finishing the upgrades to this property is enough to think about. The fence guy will be along this week to make another jaw dropping quote.

I'd agree with that statement... I don't think anyone would blame you for trying though.... 4 times. .
I can't even blame it on a wife or kids! just circumstances, more unstable employment. But domestic stability is the key

Works for me, Married to the same woman for 60 years in September. We've been together even longer.
