14 years this year
As most people say, where does the time go.
In summary:
Five companies worked for
Two houses lived in in two different cities
One daughter graduated Uni and heading to do Masters
On our third dog
Hopefully heading towards retirement this year, or at least a year break 'test drive'
Life goes on despite Covid although the planned trips home to see elderly relatives have taken a hit. Here's hoping this year or next.
Hope everyone is well.

Congrats!
I Haven’t been on here for such a long time. We emigrated around the same time - it was 14 years for us too on Jan 7th.
10 years NS, 4.5 years Calgary. One son got married and lives in Halifax - I became a grandma last October. Other son lives in NFLD for now.
Husband still working on rotation up in the oil sands. I got temp laid off last summer so spent lots of time in the mountains then got myself a new job that I really enjoy.
The years have flown by, that’s for sure!
