Heavy Equipment Mechanic opportunity in Richmond/Vancouver B.C. Canada
B.C’s longest established and most respected Equipment Rental Company currently has a career opportunity for a HEAVY DUTY/EQUIPMENT MECHANIC , to join our team of dedicated technical professionals - based at our new Operational Centre in Richmond British Columbia, Canada.
Duties will include service, maintenance and repair of a wide and diverse range of specialized industrial, construction and aerial equipment - on site and in the field.
Ideal applicants should possess demonstrable skills and proven experience gained whilst operating within a wide and diverse mechanical field and include:
Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, tools and systems
Diesel, petrol/dual fuel and electrical engine and drive systems.
Aerial work platforms
Diagnostic and problem resolution skills
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Self-motivated
Enjoy contributing to and being part of a successful team
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Excellent physical condition
Safe driving record
