Default your opinion for a rent...

hi !

i'm looking for a 2 bedroom to rent in Toronto, and i have a proposition for an apt at the intersection Eglinton and Mt Pleasant Rd. It's $1500 per month, and it's furnished.
Can someone tell me if it's a good deal and if the neighborhood is great, and convenient (supermarket, shops, restaurants etc) for people who don't have a car ?
Thx !

I've got the offer of an apartment in a similar area of Toronto, also for $1500. It seems to me that this is a pretty standard rent for a decent downtown apartment in Toronto.

The rent looks standard enough, its in the Davisville area which i know nothing about, but you are a short walk 0.5 mile from the Eglinton station on the subway, and you Have a silver city cinema close by, but with the subway so close you have the whole of down town in easy reach.
