YES - WE have the E-LMO
Yessssss just got email and we have the paperwork for the E-LMO...
its sat in my email box ready for when my OH comes home, just spoke with estate agent and neally cried on her
Told her we have to sell and to get her finger out and i could be on that plan ASAP but the house is holding us up.....
So do we accept the stupid offer of well under what it is worth??
Me thinking yeah and ill strip the house of everything i can.
it says that we have until may 09, but now we have it i want to go
Good luck to all that is waiting, it is soooooo worth it

I don't blame you for wanting to go straight away. I would, too. Hope the house sells soon. Fingers crossed!

Congrats
and good luck with the house sale. My advice would be take what you can and go. Don't think the market will pick up within the next year and your next offer could be even lower.
Fingers and toes crossed that you can make the move as soon as you hope to.

Yayyyyyyy great news guys.
Can you not meet your new buyers half way on there offer, it may be a lot less than your asking price but it would get you all here together asap.

Hi Congratulations!
In the current climate I would take the money and run!!! as you say take everything out that you can, might not be ££££££££ but might make you feel bit better at letting them have your house so cheap!

Put our house on market Friday and had viewing on Sunday and they're thinking about it. Thing is they're in too much of a good position, a bit early for us. Thought it would take weeks before someone came around. It goes in the papers for the first time this week see what happens there to. Really need someone with a small chain to give us a bit of time.
Things we did, house immaculate, clean and clutter free, very tidy gardens with beautiful hanging baskets. And most important priced it at current market!! Being marketed as 'House of the Week' and advertised on 'rightmove' site with 360 virtual tour. Wether this helps???

Thanks for the advise, he is interested and after speaking with my agent we know he is coming back with another offer as we have a women willing to pay the full asking price for the house as it is now.
i talk to her and i feel bad that i cant hold it, but hey this is real life and all.
But i can wait till saturday

LMO is open for a year, so as long as we arrive before next may we are ok and email in a few moments ago that he will wait for him as long as, they have been waiting over a year now for someone like him
