If I was the OP, I would consider whether the older one needs to work. If so, then I would choose where I lived very carefully - depending upon how much income was required.
I am most certainly not in canada illegally
there is absolutly nothing illegal about what we have done in any shape or form

we came as visitors and then got a years extension to visitors visa we have applied for PR and had meds last week
so we have a legal stay of at least 18 months and likely if meds were ok will be PR,s very soon

if you looked at my signature you would see our situation

I would never ever suggest anyone coomes to canada or stays illegally
