Hi,
We left BC back in August after going out on a PNP. We came back as we was struggling to settle. We are thinking of trying again as upon reflection we feel we was tasty.
My question is that I still have my permit (with the company I worked for name on it - who are happy for me to go back), my Wife has her open permit and my son has the visitor record that allows his free education.
Would anybody foresee any issues arriving back at the border via Vancouver International?
Cheers

No as long as the permits are still valid.

I had a feeling was OK. I did ask somebody at PNP as I recall back in September but can't find email. Am sure this is what they said. I assume I can just apply for residency once we are settled and obvioulsy watch dates of expected processing for PR v expiry of permit! Thanks for your reply
