Default Work and life in Whitehorse

I'm hoping someone may have some advice about this.

I am currently working in Vancouver and have found the job market to be pretty tough here, no surprise I'm sure. My questions are what is the competition for jobs like in Whitehorse? (Online/Web marketing and similar, or office Admin kind of jobs, ) And for anyone that has been there, what is it like to live there?

I'm happy to be in a small town environment where not too much happens, as I'm guessing this is pretty much what Whitehorse is like

Thanks

I see 50+ web/marketing related roles a week advertised in Vancouver and the lower mainland. If you're finding the competition there for that sort of work difficult, I can't imagine Whitehorse offering better or more opportunities.

129 jobs in total - of any kind - in Whitehorse. I think you may have to have a rethink on the area you look at!
