First let me say I'am not that good at this immigration information, I just turned 19 and im not smart like you guys on here
Hi, I know this site is only british people but I couldn't find anywhere to ask this question. Basically my question is this, I'am a US Citizen and live in California. I would like to go to Canada on the "CANADA SWAP" program which will give 6 month open work permit. However the swap website site states you cannot work in child care. My question is does that mean no working in a "Day Care School Setting"? or does that also mean no working in a private home as a babysitter as well?. Thanks for your help.
Also, If I can't work as private babysitter on the swap visa how hard is it for a US Citizen to get the CareGiver Visa? I meet all requirements for the CareGiver visa. I went to Canada last year for 4 months to look at universities, And I entered Canada with no Identification and re-enterd the US with no Identification, has this changed at the Canadian Border? I know it hasn't at the US/MEX border. Any help will be appreciated.
