Hi EveryOne,

I need clarification about my work experience. When I applied my PR application in Feburary'2002 I have less than 4 years experience.

But In may I completed my 4 years work experience. So now I would like to know while giving the points they will consider my work experience more than 4 years or less than 4 years because that makes a lot of difference in my points.

Less. For the initial assessment they look at how much experience you had before the
date you applied.

The fact that you now have more than 4 years is a factor may be taken into
consideration if you are required to attend an interview.
