Hello Experts!
I am a wife of a Canadian citizen. Personally, I don't have any plans of moving to Canada not until recently that a wonderful news has been brought to us. We are going to have a Baby, hopefully due this October 7, 2002. My husband wants our baby to be born in his place.
My question is that, is my husband's wish possible, considering the limited time? I read in some posts that timeline of a spousal visa is 9 months, the least. Is there any special reason that a spousal processing be expedited? Please bear for our ignorance. Thanks!

How come nobody answered my post? I guess it means that it's really a wishful thinking, huh?
