Have been searching the Wiki for peoples experiences of removal/shipping of household effects......I am sorry if this has been asked before....but now it is my turn, I need to take notice.
Is there a link to this info please?
I have arranged for some companies to come and do a survey.....so would appreciate some prior knowledge.
Companies I am looking at are:
Lund Conlon (Whites)
Doree Bonner
Abels
Movecorp
Would appreciate hearing good or bad comments

Getting There

Hi Stef,

We had Whites, Fox and Robinsons around. Close run thing between the latter two and we ended up with Robinsons. Will be intrigued to learn if you end up with the same guy from Whites as we (and we know some others) did. Spent the entire time talking about all the celebrities he had moved. Friendly as he was, he bored us senseless and gave us no confidence that he was taking much notice of what we had to move (which, we appreciate, is unfair on White's, who probably would have done a fine job but then again, they were the ones that chose him to represent them). We did a little account of our removals experience (and other stuff) here...

The Ross Family

As Getting There quoted we had the same perma-tanned rep turn up at ours and needless to say he didn't get the job eithe!

We used PSS and had a very good experience but I am sure there will be others along with their own recommendations.
