Don't think I've seen OXO cubes ever over here but you can get Bisto powder at all the major grocery chains.

Mrs_P makes her gravy with Bisto, flour, the meat liquids (minus the fat) and the potato water.

Just like her mum (a good Yorkshire lass) used to make.
