Then I suggest Sue's at Major Mackenzie and Don Head Parkway or Bruno's on Bayview just south of 16th. Both have extremely high quality and a very wide selection of all things needed for the fine diner. Ah good to know about those, i am back up to TO the week after next so will check out Bruno's.

St Lawrence's Market was great for everything we wanted when we stayed in Toronto last year. I used to walk there from the apartment we stayed in on Front Street :-)

I used to live on the Esplanade, that was handy for the market. Now we have to drive an hour and a half each way to go shopping so we try not to have to go more than once a week.
