That would be a "T4E", and yes, you should get a slip. If you dont want to wait I think its one of the things that is available on the CRA personal account website, just bare in mind that it takes a couple of weeks for them to send you an access code once you ask for it.

Something very similar. A T4E.

So before I can file I need all 3 T4's.

Fingers crossed they just arrive in the post and I don't have to chase them!

You have until April 30 to file and June 15 if you had any self employment income. Although you still have to pay any taxes due by April 30 as self employed to avoid interest.
