What's the point in 'Online Services'

Default What's the point in 'Online Services'

We are at the end of the 90 day period & in theory our application is being considered or maybe has already been considered !!!!

The point is, 'Online Services' has said 'In Process' since January 2005. Surely they could be a little more informative, otherwise it really serves no purpose !

Am I missing something here ?

No, you're not. It's been like that for as long as I can tell. Very informative, huh? (or should I say "eh", eh? )

Whats the point? Placibo effect...looks like they are doing something for the poor old consumer, even if nothing is happening.

I think that it only takes a few hours to access an application - the rest of the time it waits in a queue. We received our receipt and medical visit requests at the same time...

So the online thing makes no sense as the actual activity time is minimal compared to the total handling time.
