Hi i will be going back to the uk soon,i will have around 7000 dollars to exchange,what is the best way to do this ?,would it be better if i transfered it straight from my rbc account to my natwest or go somewhere like moneymart to get cash ?,iam aware that the banks will charge transfer fees ?

Best exchange rate I ever got was at one of the Spadina holes in the wall in Chinatown. With the amount you're looking at though I don't think there'll be much difference between travel agents/banks etc.
