What is the fastest application
for PR in Canada?
If I was to apply for PR, would it quicker to go the Skilled worker route OR the Sponsorship route (bro in BC)??
How long are these processess taking at the moment?

Your only option here is skilled worker... which depends on the office u submit your application and other factors may take anywhere from 6mths to wellover 2 years...
There is no sibling sponsering in canada... your brother will get you 5 extra points in your skilled worker application though
