Default What to do Job wise as I missed the IEC.

I hope that someone can point me in the right direction. Myself & my boyfriend had decided to go to BC for a year between moving in the UK we where starting to look in to the process & found we have missed the IEC dates.
I'm aware that I would need to get an LMO, but not sure how easy this would be. I'm senior care worker, working with Adults with learning disabilities, I have an NVQ level 3 in health & social care, I also have 8 years experience & had lots of relevant training. Would this be a likely Job for me to get so I could travel around. any help would be much appreciated.

Charlie
