What to DO
Hi Experts!
I have been offered a better job opportunity with the competitor of present employer with better position and salary. At the same time I have facing some terrible situation with my employer as he know that I have filed my application to Canada with experience letter of the vary same firm. He threatened me that if I accept the offer than it might be possible something would be wrong with verification of document in hidden words. Is there anything could be done that I accept the job and my process would not be disturbed too.

Firstly, it is not always the case that the visa offices will contact employers to
verify employment history. Although it is a common practice, it does not happen in
every case.
Secondly, if the call is made and the employer is uncooperative at that time, you can
try to compensate by providing objective documentation to help corroborate the claim
of experience. This may include taxation documents, contracts, HR documents,
performance appraisals, etc.
The reality, however, is that if your employer states that you did not work in the
position that you claimed that you did, it could have serious negative consequences.
It will depend on the immigration official's willingness to accept the documentation
referred to above.
