We tried to find it in main CBC schedule, find it as a separate channel, tried to look at Rogers and Bell - no luck. Is it online only? How do you watch it?

Any advice will be appreciated!

You'll probably have to click each sport to see if or when they're showing it. It will be on the regular CBC TV channel, it's just that the don't sho.w only sports but regular programs as well

Yes I checked that one. But there are schedules that do not match CBC English service except Hockey night. I thought it's a separate TV channel.

Its just the CBCs sports production division, not a chanel in its own right.

Hockey night in canada is a CBC sports production for example...

We are in GTA. I saw the Hockey Night - it's in the main CBC schedule and in CBC Sports schedule, but other events are only on CBC Sports somehow. So I am confused, since they overlap.

Try here for the TV guide. It gives the regular schedule for the week. If Raptors basketball is what you're looking for, it's on Sunday around 1pm lunch time.

if it says in the other place you looked CBCsports.ca, it's only broadcast on their website.

Yes, I am interested in events listed in the schedule column "CBCsports.ca". I assume it's streamed on the Web site and it's not available as TV broadcast, right?

Yes I believe it's streamed, though I've never watched anything on the CBC website.

CBCsports.ca redirects to CBC.ca/sports/

Im just guessing, but (streaming) after the listing is probably a good indication of that...


Why do they even bother listing 7 cbcsports.ca channels on the schedule when only one appears to ever offer anything, and then only sporadically. I smell tax payers money being wasted.

Think about those who do not pay tax, yet, like me.

Streaming is cheaper and you don't need any license to occupy channel frequency. Economically it makes sense if you have just few things to offer.
