Re: what can't we take?
HI!
If this is the case it has an auto transformer inside, so yes!!! Rob & Angela |
Re: what can't we take?
If you remember to flip the switch to 110, yes. I've had 'em go boom if switched to 110 and on a 240 network, and while i doubt it would happen in reverse...be aware.

Re: what can't we take?
Er, 'boom'?! I have a laptop. It says 100-240V on the AC/DC adapter - I assumed this would be ok to use in Canada with a plug adapter. I don't have any switch to flip! Am I missing something

Hi!!
Rotten luck I say!! Like the other person says check it out before hand. You can change the plug as long as you have an auto transformer or remember to flip that switch!! |

Most laptops don't have a toggle switch for dual voltage. Should be OK, check with the instructions before trying it though.
Cheers for that, seems it will work just fine. I can put it down now & stop hoking around for a switch that doesn't exist ;) |

Your laptop will be fine  I've used mine in the US plenty of times with just the adaptor for the plug. You'll have no problems....

Re: what can't we take?
Just wondering, my wife and I have a few ornamental swords. Replica of the Headless Horseman's sword from Sleepy Hollow, and a couple of Kit Rae ones. Would these be allowed through?
