I am in the UK and i have a weird query!! i defaulted on a couple of payments i.e my mobile bill and my credit card bill, which affected my credit rating and they obviously were listed in my credit file! now, i wonder if those defaults would give me a police record and affect my canadian immigration in process! anyone who can answer this, pls reply! i dont know if the above would show up in the Prosecution/ convictions record?? thanx in advance. cheers
