we opened our bank accounts witno hassle
sorted out for where to rent etc, but they was waiting for a license so that andy shows that he can do the job.
When he was in toronto, they issued him with a temp license, so re-calling everyone monday to say that he has it....fingers crossed now
well bought stain remover and hey it works, not like uk
bought silver polish for my cooker at home, tried here and it works, better than the uk stuff
Bought bed set in sale, that is 4 pillowcases, sheet, bottom sheet, skirt for bed and top comforter for $60, thats £30 WOW bargain, only problem is a need a new suitcase as ive no more room left as kids have gone mad buying stuf with there cash they bought
Just seen cases in the sale, so off again and then rest of day on beech
o well neally time to pack up those cases and head back to england
and drink the bottles in the fridge

Good to hear you're feeling better about it all , are you waiting for PR or going on a work permit?
I laughed at your shopping OH thought I was mad, "its a bargain" I told him "not if we have to pay excess baggage it's not" was the reply.
Pbm solved left some stuff (clothes,towels, shoes) at a friends in NS last summer, oops had to buy all new this year

We only came with 3 suitcases, so going back with 4 will not be a problem
plus flyglobal allow 35kg per person, so well under at the moment.
plus just got spider blaster for the house, andy says he off to find the crickets later

Have the realtors told you you need employment before you can rent a property? We've had a mixed bag of answers regarding that one. Some say you do, some say it depends how much money you have in the bank.
Here's some advice for you: SHOP! SHOP! And you've still got the duty free to look forward to!
