Hi everyone
Congrats on buying your houses! can I just ask about deposits please?
When you pay your deposit and then have the inspection done, if there is anything wrong with the property can you pull out and get your deposit back?

If you've made it a condition of your offer - i.e. "offer subject to satisfactory inspection by <next Tuesday 9am or whatever>".

we are renting at the moment so don't know much about the buying process. AlvicSK has just bought in Indian Head so will have a better comand of how it works in Sask.
