Just sickens me the way everyone is always taking the mickey out of Saskatchewan when its a great place really.

They have houses in Saskatchewan :eek: I'm living in a cabin they didn't tell me they had houses here :D

Hi everyone

Congrats on buying your houses! can I just ask about deposits please?

When you pay your deposit and then have the inspection done, if there is anything wrong with the property can you pull out and get your deposit back?

Hi Mrs P and welcome to BE :thumbsup: we are renting at the moment so don't know much about the buying process. AlvicSK has just bought in Indian Head so will have a better comand of how it works in Sask.
