Vpns - iplayer
Does anyone have a vpn they can recommend that is reliably connecting to iplayer?
We are on our 3rd one and all work fine for 4od, itv etc but not iplayer.
I know iplayer have clamped down loads and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or the vpns are being shut down, obv they don't admit to that!
Feel free to pm suggestions if you don't want to put it on a forum (I'm suspecting there is a geek in a cupboard at the Beeb searching daily and blocking the common and recommended companies!)

Anyone know of a good one that will work with Telus Internet?
I can't edit the DNS settings in my router, just my devices, which only works for some things

The way I do it is : set my iPhone as per unblocks instructions (change DNS address ) Go to BBC iplayer app on my phone and download the programmes I want , I then stream these to Apple tv and play through the main TV , You'll need a uk Apple account as well , Can't remember if I configured the Shaw router , But I'm pretty certain you don't have to .

Buy a new router that allows manual DNS and then ask Telus to set their 'box' to bridge mode. That's what I had to do for Shaw.

On one of our TVs we use a Roku One to watch iPlayer - the only way to do that is by setting the DNS at router level.
We are with Telus and use UnoTelly for all of our overseas TV.
