Thanks Aviator
I did do a search but only found where you can buy it in Canada, I'm looking for somewhere in the UK for someone to recommend.

Look for "step up" transformers / convertors or 110 to 240 on amazon...

Take the wattage of the appliance you intend to plug in into account and add some safety margin. Or else get a large (expensive) one and run extension cords / power bars from it.

Could I just mention that when I bought my voltage converters from voltageconverters.ca I rang the telephone number and ordered them and the man told me that they would be posted to me immediately....they were...they arrived the next morning! A fantastic service.

Also, when I bought ours a couple of years ago, if you ordered over $130 (ish) delivery was free; and yes, they were very prompt with their service.
