Have had great enjoyment sharing the excitement of those who have received their visa's and have been looking forward to the day when ours arrived - and yes they did on Saturday looking all shiny and sparkly in our passports so Toronto here we come
- well hopefully, as all we have to do is sell the house - and compared to everything else we have gone through that is going to be the hardest thing. I am fed up with tidying up, smiling sweetly at viewers and listening to feedback from my estate agent ' it's not quite what they're looking for / it is a buyers market / you may need to drop the price again' and so it goes on. But still need to be ever hopeful that there is someone out there who wants to buy my house (I love it so why can't they) and can enjoy being untidy till the next viewing.

Congrats on the Visa.....so when was your meds etc
Good luck with the housing viewing its a nightmare time. We are also selling and are only having viewings on a Sat cos of wee poochie (cute looking but over friendly) . Its been up 3 weeks and we have had 4 viewings, all love the house etc but no-one has made an offer as yet. The E/A will phone me with a further update tomorrow as he doesn't like to push too much on the day just in case they walk away with today's climate. So the interest is there and no negative comments to date but I do wonder if the purchaser is holding on for a bit to see if the house goes down in price.........I never dreamed that I would be in this situation.
I think I would be jumping up and down if I was at your stage. Arrrrgh
Don't be in too much of a rush to knock it down as you have the interest.
Good luck
