Default Visa for China

Hi, I'm going to be visiting China in a few months with work and know I need to apply for a visa.....Is this the right website to go through?:

http://china.visahq.ca/

(I'm a British Citizen, living in Canada as a PR).

Cheers!

Erm, Googling 'China Embassy Canada' comes up with this link:

http://ca.chineseembassy.org/eng/lsfw/lsfw/

Your link seems to be to a company that will process your visa application for you. Me, I'd go to the embassy direct.

EDIT: Actually, that prompts me to go do some research. I am going to be visiting Hong Kong in the next month or so. I can't recall whether last time I went (some 8 years ago) as a British Citizen, whether I needed a visa or not. Best I go check before booking my trip!

EDIT AGAIN: Nah, British passport holders don't need a visa for travel to HK under 90 days duration.

Not sure where you are, but in Vancouver, if you can't attend in person, you have to use a third party agency and you can't mail in directly yourself. If that's the case, then generally there are a few visa agencies about, so look around for price comparisons. Most other countries you can just deal with it yourself.
