Hmmm looked on website and no Vancouver option showing yet

Lets hope it comes to fruition. Good if somewhat surprising news.
Virgin have obviously done some deep research & sussed there's a potential market, else they wouldn't be proposing the route. Unlike BA who in the past have pioneered new routes to build them up, The Grinning Pullover has mostly cherry picked the profitable routes around the World. You'll never see Virgin flying to some remote outpost that isn't a guaranteed earner.
During High Summer, BA have two flights a day to YVR from London. I wonder if this will change should Virgin start the route?

i already read somewhere, think it was a media release? virgin america whilst they canning their LAX>YYZ offering they were considering LAX>YVR instead

They are massively expensive for us 
............. flying in June with CA would be £1300 ish (2 adults, 4 kids, 1 infant)...........similar flights with Virgin are a massive £6300!!!................ !!!!!
