Well, we've been here a week and a half and so far love it

Homeless bums are a bit of problem near the apartment but we should be moving into our new suite out of town in the next couple of days.

At the moment, we *think* we've made the right move

Nice to hear things are working out for you, Vancouver Island in my eyes, looks like a great place to live.

We had a couple of job offers in both Vancouver and Vancouver Island (Victoria) and were looking to move to either Victoria and Cowichan Valley.

Looks real nice there.

Hoping things stay bright for you.

All the best :)

Victoria is a nice place, but too far from the ski resort for us.We thought of living there, but decided to live further up the Island. Now we live 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the ski resort.Having travelled around Alberta, could not imagine ever leaving the Island.
