Default Vancouver Day Trips

I'd be really interested to know what your top five destinations are for a day trip within 2-3 hours travelling time of Vancouver?

Thanks

1. Gibsons / Sechelt - Sunshine Coast
2. Take a ferry to any of the Gulf Islands (Salt Spring if you want touristy; Galiano, Pender or Mayne if you want to chill out.)
3. Drive the Sea to Sky highway.
4. For a different trip, go to Wreck Beach with a bag of weed.
5. Take a harbour to harbour flight to Victoria, bum around (eat at ReBar) and return.

I can now visit wreck beach and it wouldn't bother me one bit.

Now six months ago I couldn't have said that.

You can get up to Whistler in a couple of hours too! Go see some bears in the summer or go ski in the winter - whatever you do check out the Longhorn (nachos are massive!) or the Dublinh Gate irish pub!
