But won't that mean that buses will then be driving on the wrong side of the road? This will be dangerous surely?

And what about motor bikes? Most of them are left hand drive, their riders will have to go backwards (which as we all know is impossible). A good proportion of motorcyclists will have to get rid of their bikes or spend a fortune on adapting them.
