Default UK Self Assessment.

Wow.

I'm not sure if I was looking at this after being too tired but they sure don't seem to make it simple.

I'm just trying to get my head around what I need to complete.

Basic facts
Moved to Canada 15th June 2012
Employment income for April to June in the UK
Now have UK Bank interest and dividends
Not been back to the UK yet.
Rent house.
Have completed non resident landlord forms
Received a tax refund for UK taxes paid after I moved here.

So it looks like

SA100
SA102 - Employment
SA105 - Rental Income
SA109 - Remittance Basis - This for is

Any advice or tips. I might need to get someone to sort this for me. Starting to regret letting my sister and bf stay on in the house after I moved out. Starting to be more hassle than it was worth.

Any help appreciated.
