UK Passport Renewal from Canada Lead Time
Hey there, has anyone renewed their British passport recently from Canada? Wondering about current timelines for processing and delivery - trying to plan in the lead time around travel plans. Thanks!

Quick. The online process is pretty efficient; ours took about 10-12 days. Submit everything (including photo taken with smartphone camera) online, send old passport via courier/express post, track progress using online tools. Did two last year, one around September and one in early December, both took less than 2 weeks for the new passport to arrive at my doorstep.

Junior did this recently. They rejected his cell phone taken photo so he went to a professional studio to get it taken "properly." Even with this delay he received his passport within three weeks. Very efficient.
