UK Expats Meetup in Nova Scotia
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if there are ever any meetups for UK expats in Nova Scotia. Or if anyone would be interested in helping to start one.
A little information about me, I am originally from Halifax, but my cl partner (who is from Glasgow) and I just moved here from Edinburgh, Scotland and we are looking to meet new people.

On FB there is a group called BE's of Nova Scotia. There are over 100 members. Once a month we have a curry night at someone's house and we also arrange days out. Someone is having a jewellery party soon and another is having an 80's party.
These events are always good fun, so come join us

We have a group here in Halifax, its a new group aimed at getting newcomers networked in socially and in business, with a mixture of events from quiz nights to workshops www.anchorgroup.ca
the website has just gone online let me know if you need more info..Its not limited to just British expats although there are quite a few of our relocation novascotia families in the group already..contact me if you are interested .

As previously mentioned, the BE's of Nova scotia have loads going on. We also moved from Edinburgh a couple of months ago, and and have found the group invaluable. Loads of nice people and fun events.! You would be welcome to join us xx
