Do you think i would have enough time to apply for our work visa within 2 hours change over???

I'm assuming you are flying in?, I suppose it depends on which airport and when you plan to arrive. I would assume there are peak times and non peak and how many people are in the queue in front of you

yes flying in from UK via Paris to Montreal (11.55am-2.10pm wait for connection flight) to winnipeg x
