I was wondering as to how one manages two jobs at a time in Canada. Do people work evenings? Or, do they work half-days at two places? Is there anything such as a weekend job?

Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

All of the above.

I for example work two jobs, one is 8-12 in the morning and the other is 3-7 and some weekends.
I do it for the variety and also because I want to change my career so the first one is something I know about and the second is that I am learning and eventually hope to do that one on a full time basis.

If you do this Watch out for the taxman at the end of the year!!Each employer will only deduct enough tax as if you are woking a single job. When you add two together you may end owing quite a fee over the course of a year!!
