Been here 5 weeks on Friday and today have got two job offers - one here in Lethbridge the other in Vancouver - don't know what to do - arrrrgghhhhh

Cost of living much lower in Lethbridge.

Cost of housing much much lower in Lethbridge.

No PST in Alberta.

However all that being said, which one sounds like it might be more secure?

I'll agree with Steve and Alex, go with whichever seems more secure. Have you been to Vancouver? Do you like it? Do you like the Bridge?

I'd rather bring kids up in Lethbridge than Vancouver.

Ultimately Danny - I wish I was there now!!!! Just got back from the very first ice hockey game in our lives and ended up with 4 cars up the back of us! We are fine, our car was the smallest there - a little ford focus against all these big truck thingies - they were smashed we have a wobbly exhaust!!!

We have decided on staying in lethbridge - more secure at this moment in time - although vancouver has said in a couple of months they may be in a better position contract wise so they will call us up then. Don't particular like Vancouver - too big for us - but the suburbs seem to be OK - Abbotsford for example. We now have more time to do more research.

It is sooooo Manic when the Hockey throws out (presuming you mean the enmax centre) - we live on Tufor the estate at the side on the Enmax and we avoid going out down that way when there is Hockey
