In Transit Visa? HELP!
Hi Folks, me again, long time no speak!
I am going to visit the folks at xmas, my travel agent wasn't sure if I would need some sort of in transit visa as we are stopping off at Seattle for about 4hrs(the flight was cheap!)
We hold UK passports and have our PR cards, does anyone know? as the websites(Gov ones)are a bit vague(to me anyway!)

If you're travelling via the US on an EU passport then the visa waiver programme still applies. There have been a lot of changes recently but it's not effecting EU passport holders.
