This is the info needed last time I received a swift transfer...

Bank name: CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE
Bank Address: Toronto, Ontario, CANADA
Swift/ BIC code: CIBCCATT
Branch Name: PRESIDENT'S CHOICE FINANCIAL
Branch address: Scarborough, Ontario, CANADA
Branch phone: (1) 416 223-0263
Branch transit #: CC001030800

The transit number breaks down to 5 digit transit code 30800, and 3 digit institute code 010.

You also need your 10 digit account code.

They will need the CIBC BIC code etc. PC simply operates as a branch within CIBC as far as transfers etc go.
