Well if this is the norm, then I like it alot! I was a bit worried about the humidity everyone warned us about, but as long as you have A/C it's great! Wouldn't be much fun though if you couldn't escape the heat - very lucky to have air conditioning!
We went for a walk around the neighbourhood this evening - lots of lovely trees, flowers etc. Very balmy and tropical evening. Could get used to that!

Calgary is very different in the summer. Seldom gets hot, and almost never gets humid. In fact, you can get a lot of cool weather in the summer there. Then again, the air quality is better in Calgary. In London you will see a lot of hazy hot and humid days.

There are more jobs advertised in Tom's field in Halifax and Calgary than there are in London. Should be able to get a job fairly easily in Toronto but we'd rather go back home than do that! Nothing against Toronto in particular, just really large cities in general!

Have you been for a November yet?
Has Tom sat the CARE exam yet?
Alberta and I assume NS will have their own institutes - assuming that he's a student member of the ICAO, has he thought about moving his membership yet?
Although you can sit the CARE exam anywhere, you have to move your membership after you've passed it.

There are brand new lake communities in the north west now too - something to look at. Traffic around the NW isn't bad.
